Central Oregon Linux User Group is a small but growing group of Free Software enthusiasts here in the Central Oregon area. Pretty grassroots group, matter of fact (you've got a whole garage filled with old terminals, what are you going to do except hook them up to a Linux box running off a generator, and teach classes on the BASICS out under an open sky and junipers on the high desert?)     :-)
